Auriden Nutrition Inc. offers a 60-day money-back guarantee on every AudiVax order placed through our authorized portal at audivaxofficial.com. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund of the product purchase price within 60 days of your order date, even on opened or empty bottles.

How to request a refund

Email support@audivaxofficial.com with your order number within the 60-day window. Our team will reply with a return address. Return any remaining bottles, full, partial, or empty, and once we confirm the return is in transit we will process your refund.

Processing time

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within five to seven business days after we confirm your return is on its way. Your bank may take additional days to post the credit.

What is covered

The guarantee covers the product purchase price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless your order arrived damaged or incorrect.

Unauthorized purchases

This policy applies only to orders placed through audivaxofficial.com. We cannot refund AudiVax purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers. Please verify your source before buying.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within seven days with a photo and we will replace it or refund it in full at no cost to you.
