Everything you need to know about how AudiVax gets to your door and how to send it back if it is not for you.

Processing and delivery

Orders placed on audivaxofficial.com are picked from the verified Q2 2026 Run batch and ship within one business day. Within the United States, most deliveries arrive in three to six business days depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center.

Shipping costs

• 1 bottle: a small flat shipping fee applies, shown at checkout.
• 3 bottles: free U.S. shipping.
• 6 bottles: free U.S. shipping.

We currently ship within the United States. Every order travels from a single authorized fulfillment center, which is part of how we keep batch traceability intact.

Tracking your order

Once your tracking number arrives by email, you can follow your package to your door. If tracking has not updated after two business days, or you have any concern about your delivery, email orders@audivaxofficial.com with your order number and we will look into it.

Returns and refunds

AudiVax is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you would like to return your order, email support@audivaxofficial.com within 60 days and we will send the return address. You can return full, partial, or empty bottles. Once we confirm the return is on its way, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method, typically within five to seven business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within seven days with a photo and your order number. We will make it right at no cost to you.
